摘要 尿酸广泛存在于细胞内液和体液中。在大多数哺乳类动物,尿酸在肝脏尿酸氧化酶的作用下,被迅速氧化成尿囊素,因而在血中含量很低;但在人类和其他高级灵长类动物,由于基因突变,尿酸氧化酶的功能丧失,尿酸成为嘌呤代谢的终产物,以可溶性尿酸盐形式、以接近饱和的状态存在于血浆中。血清中尿酸浓度正常范围为3.6~6.0 mg/dl,男性高于女性,当血尿酸水平超过6.
