新疆某地区武警的职业紧张调查

Investigation on occupational stress of armed police in Xinjiang

目的了解新疆某地区武警的职业紧张状况及其影响因素,为提高新疆某地区武警应对能力和职业素质,保持良好的心理健康状态提供依据,为有效预防武警的职业紧张提出干预措施。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法,对新疆某地区武警870名进行职业紧张问卷调查。结果不同年龄、警龄、学历、警衔、经济收入的武警职业紧张水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同性别、不同民族、不同婚姻状态的武警职业紧张水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论武警的年龄、警龄、警衔、经济收入和学历对职业紧张水平具有一定的影响。

Objective To have a overview of the occupational stress status in armed police in Xinjiang,so as to provide the evidence for formulating the prevention interventions. Methods A total of 870 armed police were sampled by the randomized cluster sampling method and surveyed by questionnaires on occupational stress. Results There were significant differences among the different ages,police ranks,education levels,work-lengths,and incomes. There were no statistically significant differences in occupational stress between or among different sexes,ethnics and marital statuses. Conclusions The police age,rank,work-length,income and education level have some influence on the occupation stress.
