某高校体检人群血清幽门螺杆菌抗体检出结果分析

Investigation of serum Helicobacter pylori antibody in medical examination population of a university

目的了解教工体检人群血清幽门螺杆菌(Hp)抗体阳性率,对存在幽门螺杆菌感染相关疾病的人群,采取一定的干预措施,观察幽门螺杆菌抗体阳性率的变化。方法连续3年采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELIs A)检测幽门螺杆菌抗体。结果第1年Hp抗体阳性率较高,为29.01%,第2年为21.75%,第3年为18.34%,有年龄、性别差异;干预治疗措施的进行,有利于降低人群中幽门螺杆菌抗体阳性率。结论应该高度重视人群中血清Hp抗体阳性率,对可能存在幽门螺杆菌感染相关疾病患者进行一定的干预治疗,有利于降低普通人群幽门螺杆菌的感染。

Objective To understand the status of serum Helicobacter pylori( HP) antibody in the staff of a university,so as to provide the evidence for formulating the targeted interventions. Methods The serum HP antibody was detected by ELISA in the staff of the university for three consecutive years. Results In the first year,the rate of H. pylori antibody was 29. 01%,in the second year,the rate was 21. 75%,and in the third year,the rate was 18. 34%. There were significant differences between the genders and among the age-groups. Conclusions The authority of the university should pay high attention to the status of high positive rate of serum HP antibody in the staff,and the targeted interventions need to be carried out.
