食管癌P170蛋白的研究

Study on P170 protein expression in esophageal cancers

目的探讨P170蛋白在食管癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法用流式细胞术检测80例食管癌患者癌组织和距离肿瘤5 cm以上癌旁正常组织P170。结果 80例食管癌组织P170阳性表达率为61.2%,癌旁正常组织未见P170表达,其差异有统计意义。结论食管癌组织中具有多药耐药性。

Objective To study the expression and significance of P170 protein in esophageal cancers. Methods The expression of P170 protein in 80 cases of esophageal cancers was detected by flow cytometry. Results The expression of P170 protein was positive in 80 cases of esophageal cancer tissues, and the positive expression rate was 61.2%. In the normal tissues near cancer, the positive expression of P170 protein was not found. There was a significant difference between the normal and cancer tissues. Conclusion There is a multiple drug tolerance in esophageal cancers.
