离退休老干部高血压患者服药依从性调查

Investigation of drug compliance among retired cadre persons with hypertension

目的了解离退休老干部高血压患者服药依从性。方法用自行设计的问卷对离退休老干部高血压患者进行服药依从性的回顾性调查。结果仅有26.4%离退休老干部高血压患者服药依从性佳,影响服药依从性的主要因素是病程长短;依从性差原因主要是无自觉症状。结论应加强离退休老干部高血压患者服药依从性的干预,特别是病程较短者。

Objective To understand the drug compliance among the retired cadre persons with hypertension.Methods The retired cadre persons with hypertension were investigated for their drug compliance by using the self-designed questionnaires. Results Only 26.4% of the participants had good drug compliance. The main influencing factors were the duration of the disease. The main reason which resulted in poor drug compliance was that the subjects had no symptoms. Conclusion We should promote the drug compliance among the retired cadre persons with hypertensive, especially among those who have got the disease in a short duration.
