预防性护理在继发性癫痫患者中的应用效果

Application effect of preventive nursing in patients with secondary epilepsy

目的探讨预防性护理应用于继发性癫痫患者中的临床效果。方法选择本院2012年3月至2014年5月收治的88例继发性癫痫患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各44例,对照组行常规护理,观察组行预防性护理,对2组患者护理效果进行分析。结果观察组治疗依从性95.45%,对照组为70.45%;观察组患者满意率为93.18%,对照组为72.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经对2组患者干预前后的发病次数对比显示,干预前,2组患者无明显差异,经干预后,观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对继发性癫痫患者实施预防性护理,可提高患者治疗依从性及患者满意率,从而减少发病次数,利于患者远期预后,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of preventive nursing in patients with secondary epilepsy.Methods A total of 88 patients with secondary epilepsy were divided into a study group(44 cases) and control group(44cases) randomly from March 2012 to May 2012. The former received the preventive nursing care and the latter received the routine nursing. Results The compliance rates were 95.45% and 70.45% in the study group and control group, respectively. The satisfaction rates were 93.18% and 72.73% in the study group and control group, respectively(both P < 0.05).The numbers of epilepsy seizures in both groups were similar, but after the intervention, the number of epilepsy seizures was smaller in the study group than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The preventive nursing can improve the secondary epilepsy patient’s treatment compliance and satisfaction, and thus minimize the number of epilepsy seizures and be beneficial to their long-term prognosis.
