摘要 目的了解淮安市市售牛乳中β-内酰胺酶残留状况。方法按照卫生部颁布的"乳及乳制品中舒巴坦敏感β-内酰胺酶类药物检验方法——杯碟法"检测乳制品中的β-内酰胺酶。结果 86份牛乳样品中β-内酰胺酶的总检出率为16.3%。不同采样点中,订奶点β-内酰胺酶的检出率最高(38.1%),超市最低(5.8%),检出率差异具有统计学意义(χ2=11.541,P<0.05)。不同包装中,袋装乳β-内酰胺酶的检出率最高(28.0%),瓶装乳最低(9.1%)。结论淮安市牛奶中违法添加β-内酰胺酶的情况比较严重,相关部门应加大监管力度。 Objective To understand the status of residues of β-lactamase in commercial dairy products in Huaian City. Methods The residues of β-lactamase in diary samples were detected according to the 'Detection of sulbactamsensitive β-lactamase in milk and milk products-cylinder plate method'published by the Ministry of Health. Results The detection rate of residues of β-lactamase in 86 milk samples was 16.3%. Among the different sampling sites, the highest detection rate of β-lactamase was of the samples from the milk distribution sites(38.1%), and the lowest was from the supermarkets(6.9%), with a significant difference between them(χ2=11.541, P<0.05). Among the different packages, the highest detection rate of β-lactamase was of the bagged milk(28.0%), and the lowest was of the bottled milk(9.1%).Conclusion The status of residues of β-lactamase in diary is serious in Huaian City, and the relevant department should strengthen the supervision of it.
