体检中心护理服务过程中的安全隐患及改进措施

Hidden safety troubles and improvement measures in process of nursing service in medical centers

目的加强体检中心的安全防范,提高体检中心的服务质量。方法记录体检中心护理服务过程中突发事件,进行分类归纳、分析总结,制定出相应的防范措施并实施,得出的结果与实施防范措施之前进行对比。结果经过整改,体检中心护理服务过程中受检者投诉和突发性事件发生率明显减少。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),防范措施有效。结论安全隐患是体检中心护理服务工作的阻碍,护理人员要加强防范,能有效降低护患纠纷发生率,提高体检中心的水平和效率。

Objective To strengthen the nursing security in the health check-up centers, and effectively improve the quality of nursing. Methods The incidents in the nursing service process were recorded in the health check-up cen-ters,and the results were classified, analyzed and summarized, and then the corresponding preventive measures were formu-lated and carried out in the practice. The results were compared before and after the practice. Results After the rectifi-ca-tion,the complains of the subjects and sudden events significantly reduced. There was a significant difference before and after the rectification practice. Conclusion The corresponding preventive measures are effective in the health check-up centers.
