摘要
目的通过对某高校在职教职工群体血尿酸水平的分析,得出高尿酸血症在该群体中的分布特征,为制定综合防治措施,增强在职教职工的健康水平提供依据。方法对2014年参加体检全部在职教职工的血尿酸项目值,采用Excel建立电子体检档案,逻辑检错纠错后,采用SPSS 17.0统计软件进行数据的统计分析。结果(1)年龄分组在职教职工高尿酸血症183人,异常率14.2%,不同年龄组之间相差无统计学意义。(2)性别分组男性明显高于女性,血尿酸差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(3)单位类别分组文科、理科、行政、后勤和其他单位的血尿酸水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.005)。结论高血尿酸已经成为危害该校高校教职工群体健康的常见病,需采取综合性措施,控制和降低该群体高尿酸血症的发病率和患病率水平,从而改善教师的健康水平。
Objective To understand the distribution characteristics of hyperuricemia in staff of a university, so as to provide the evidence for formulating the prevention and control interventions. Methods The data of blood uric acid values of the staff of a university were collected and analyzed statistically with SPSS 17.0 in 2014. Results The rate of hyperuricemia was 14.2%(183/1289), and there were no significant differences among the different age groups. The rate of hyperuricemia was higher in the males than that in the females(P<0.01). There were no significant differences among the different unit groups(the arts, science, administration, logistics and other units)(P >0.005). Conclusion Hyperuricemia is a common disease that hazards the staff of a university. Therefore, we should strengthen the effective interventions to reduce its prevalence so as to improve their health.
