910名非医学院校大学生抗菌药物认知调查 被引量:2

Investigation on cognitive status of antibiotics among students from 910 non-medical universities

摘要 目的调查非医学院校的大学生对抗菌药物的认知情况,为普通高校普及抗菌药物知识健康教育提供依据。方法调查对象为某非医学院校的新生与在校大三学生,共发放问卷1 000份,回收910份,问卷有效率91%。结果对抗菌药物基本知识及使用方面的正答率,大三学生为47.27%,高于大一新生的44.45%;对滥用的知晓情况,新生为55.96%,高于大三学生的52.23%;自我药疗方面,大三学生为35.36%,明显高于新生的21.02%,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对健康教育内容的设置,大三学生希望值为91.10%。结论 2个群体对抗菌药物认知都不高,并渴望通过专门的课程了解抗菌药物知识,调查显示出大学健康教育改革的必要性和紧迫性。 Objective To understand the cognitive status of antibiotics among students of non-medical universities so as to provide the evidence for improving the health education of popularizing the knowledge on antibiotics in universities.Methods A total of 1 000 questionnaires were given out to the freshmen and juniors of a non-medical university, and 910 questionnaires were collected back, with a valid rate of 91%. Results The percentage of right answers on the basic knowledge of antibiotics was 47.27% in the juniors, which was higher than that in the freshmen(44.45%). The percentage of right knowledge of abuse of antibiotics was 55.96% in freshmen, which was higher than that in the juniors(52.23%). The percentage of self-treatment was 35.36% in juniors, which was significantly higher than that in the freshmen(21.02%). Totally 91.34% of the juniors were eager for the knowledge on antibiotics in health education courses. Conclusion Both the freshmen and juniors have low cognition on antibiotics, but they are eager to get the knowledge on antibiotics through specialized courses.
