体检路径在体检中心护理服务中的实践

Practice of health examination pathway in nursing service of health examination centers

目的在体检中心护理服务中探索与实践健康体检路径方法选取同一时间段3 200名受检者,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用健康体检路径,对照组采用常规检查方法,观察比较2组受检者体检效果(包括排队时间,体检效率,体检结果可信度)和对护理人员的满意程度(包括服务态度,技术水平,沟通能力)。结果观察组的受检者在体检效果和对护理人员的满意程度均普遍高于对照组。结论健康体检路径的探索和实践有积极意义和优越性,值得在体检中心护理服务中广泛推广。

Objective To explore and practice the health examination pathway in nursing service in health examination centers. Methods During the same period, 3 200 persons were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group in a health examination center, and the observation group received the health examination pathway and the control group received the conventional inspection methods. The queuing time, physical efficiency, reliability of the examination results, and the degree of satisfaction to the nursing staff(including service attitude, skills, communication skills)were observed and the results were compared. Results The physical efficiency and satisfaction to the nursing staff in the observation group were generally higher than those in the control group. Conclusion The exploration and practice of the health examination pathway have a positive significance and superiority.
