康复科住院患者跌倒原因及防护对策

Related factors of inpatients' tumble in rehabilitation department and protection countermeasures

目的探讨康复科住院患者意外跌倒发生的原因和预防性护理对策。方法对11例康复科住院患者意外跌倒事件进行回顾性分析,了解患者跌倒发生的原因。结果 11例患者发生跌倒与患者生理、心理社会、环境、疾病和用药以及护理人员护理等因素相关。结论应积极对患者、家属进行安全教育,针对各种危险因素采取相应的对策,提高护士对患者跌倒的预测能力,提供全面而周到的服务,从而降低康复科住院患者跌倒的发生率。

Objective To explore the related factors of inpatients' tumble in the rehabilitation department and protection countermeasures. Methods Eleven events of inpatients' tumble in the Rehabilitation Department were analyzed retrospectively to understand the causes of falls. Results There were correlations between these falling events and the physiological, psychological, social, environmental factors, and disease, medication and nursing factors. Conclusion We should actively carry out the safety education to patients and their families, and take corresponding measures against various risk factors, and so on.
