MTA应用于成年人根尖孔封闭的临床疗效观察 被引量:1

Clinical observation of the effect of MTA on the closure of adult apical foramen

摘要 目的观察MTA和Vitapex糊剂应用于成人慢性根尖周炎所致根尖孔开放的临床疗效。方法对在本院牙体牙髓科就诊的慢性根尖周炎至根尖孔开放的30例患者,随机分为2组,实验组18例施以MTA根尖孔封闭加热牙胶充填术,对照组12例利用Vitapex糊剂诱导根尖部出现钙化组织后进行根管充填。2组于6个月、12个月时进行随访,观察临床疗效及X线片情况。结果治疗6个月时,MTA组与Vitapex糊剂组的有效率分别为94.44%和91.67%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗12月后2组的有效率分别为94.44%和75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组在治疗后均无临床不适症状。结论 MTA作为根尖封闭材料较Vitapex糊剂而言有着明显的临床优势。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of MTA and Vitapex application in adult patients with open apical foramen caused by chronic periapical periodontitis. Methods A total of 30 patients with chronic apical periodontitis to having open apical foramen were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group(18 cases) received the MTA apical foramen closed and heated gutta percha filling operation, and the control group(12 cases) received the Vitapex for root induction in order to appear the hard tissue and then were performed with root canal filling. The two groups were followed up for 6 months and 12 months, and the clinical effects and X-ray film status were observed. Results Six months after the treatment, the effective rates were 94.44% and 91.67% in the MTA group and Vitapex group respectively and there was no significant difference(P > 0.05). Twelve months after the treatment, the effective rates were 94.44% and75.00% in the MTA group and Vitapex group respectively, and there was a significant difference(P<0.05). There were no clinical symptoms after the treatment in the experimental group. Conclusion MTA as the apical sealing material has obvious clinical advantages as comparing Vitapex paste.
