针刺背俞穴配合电针减肥40例临床观察

Clinical observation on 40 cases of weight loss by acupuncturing back-shu points combined with acusector

目的探讨针刺背俞穴配合电针治疗单纯性肥胖的临床疗效。方法将80例单纯性肥胖患者随机分为2组,治疗组40例取背俞穴配合电针治疗,对照组40例常规取穴配合电针治疗,治疗10次后进行疗效判定。结果治疗组总有效率为92.5%,对照组为67.5%,差异有统计学意义。结论针刺背俞穴配合电针减肥疗效显著,值得大力推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of acupuncturing back-shu points combined with acusector in the treatment of simple obesity. Methods Eighty patients with simple obesity were randomly divided into two groups.Forty patients in the treatment group received the treatment of acupuncturing back-shu points combined with acusector.Forty patients in the matched group underwent the routine acupuncture treatment combined with acusector. The effects were judged after ten times. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.5%, and the total effective rate of the matched group was 67.5%. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Acupuncturing back-shu points combined with acusector has a significant effect to lose weight.
