社区综合管理干预在2型糖尿病防治中的效果观察

Effect of community comprehensive management intervention in prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的观察社区综合管理模式对2型糖尿病患者的防治效果。方法选取徐州市云龙区某社区已确诊的84例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和研究组各42例,2组分别进行常规药物治疗和社区综合管理干预。结果社区综合管理前2组患者的遵医行为和FPG、2h PG、Hb A1C及RMI指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而管理后研究组上述指标均明显低于管理前(P<0.05);且经管理后研究组的遵医行为均明显高于管理前及对照组(P<0.05)。结论社区综合管理干预是2型糖尿病防治中的有效手段。

Objective To evaluate the effect of community comprehensive management intervention in the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 84 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus from a community of Yunlong District, Xuzhou City were divided into a trial group and a control group(42 cases each), and the patients of the trial group were given the comprehensive community management intervention and the patients of the control group were given a conventional drug treatment. Results Before the intervention, there were no significant differences between the two groups in FPG, 2h PG, Hb A1 c and RMI indices, and the medical compliance behavior(all P > 0.05). After the intervention, all the indices above mentioned were significantly lower as compared with those before the intervention in the trial group, and the medical compliance behavior of the patients in the trial group was significantly higher as compared with that before the intervention and that in the control group(both P < 0.05). Conclusion The community comprehensive management intervention is an effective method in the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
