某高校医院抗菌药物临床合理应用情况分析

Analysis of rational use of antibacterial in a college hospital

目的了解近年来本校师生的抗菌药物应用情况,为促进高校安全、有效、经济、合理用药提供依据。方法对本校2010年7月~2013年6月的购药数据及处方点评情况进行了回顾性总结与分析。结果本院抗菌药物占药品总收入比例,门、急诊使用率及住院患者使用率均逐年明显下降;药学干预使得不合理处方比例下降;抗菌药物购药金额及使用频率逐年递增,尤以特殊使用级抗菌药物的增长明显。结论本校不存在抗菌药物滥用的情况,但有少数不合理应用现象,需要医务人员与全校师生共同参与到抗菌药物合理应用的宣传与教育中来。

Objective To understand the status of rational use of antibacterial in a college hospital so as to provide the evidence for improving the safe, effective, economic and rational drug use. Methods The consumption dada of drugs and the prescription comments of the college hospital were collected and summarized retrospectively for three years. Results The proportion of antibacterial accounting for total drug income, the usages of antibacterial in outpatients, emergency patients and inpatients reduced obviously year by year. The proportion of irrational prescription decreased significantly. The amount and DDDs of antibacterial increased year by year, and the use of special antibacterial especially increased significantly. Con-clusion There is no antibacterial drug abuse in the college hospital, but there is a phenomenon of irrational use. Therefore, the health education of rational use of antibacterial should be strengthened in medical workers, teachers and students.
