口腔护理对全冠修复后牙周健康的影响

Effect of oral care on periodontal health after PFM crown rehabilitation

目的评价口腔护理对全冠修复后口腔卫生的影响。方法 60例右下颌第一磨牙烤瓷全冠修复患者,选择右下颌第一磨牙作为测试牙,对侧同名牙作为对照牙,比较烤瓷全冠和对侧同名牙口腔护理前后的牙菌斑指数(PLI)。结果烤瓷全冠组和对照牙组护理前后PLI差异有统计学差异(P<0.01);组间比较:护理前及护理后2组PLI差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论制作精良的烤瓷全冠修复不会造成患者的牙周损害,棉球擦拭法能有效去除全冠修复体和正常牙齿表面的牙菌斑,口腔护理可以改善全冠修复后患者的口腔卫生状况。

Objective To evaluate the effect of oral care on the periodontal health after PFM crown rehabilitation.Methods A total of 60 patients with PFM crowns on the first molar of the right mandibular were given oral care. The plaque index(PLI) was recorded and compared before and after the oral care of both teeth with PFM crowns and the same positioned teeth on the other side. Results After the oral care, PLI significantly decreased in both groups, but there was no significant difference between two groups before or after the oral care. Conclusion Well-made PFM crown is not harmful to periodontal health. Cotton swabbing can get rid of dental plaque effectively both on the PFM crown and the tooth.
