腰椎间盘突出症的术后护理指导

Postoperative nursing guidance for patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc

目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症术后的护理要点,以指导临床护理工作。方法通过对36例腰椎间盘突出症术后患者的观察和护理,总结出对腰椎间盘突出术后的患者除进行骨科术后的一般护理外,还应注意心理护理、疼痛的护理、卧床护理以及更为重要的功能锻炼。结果经过一系列的治疗和护理,所有患者并发症均治愈,均已恢复工作,腰痛不再复发。仅2例诉偶轻度腰痛,但不影响工作及生活。结论结合临床实际工作,腰椎间盘突出症术后的护理及指导尤为重要。

Objective To discuss the key points of postoperative nursing guidance for patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods A total of 36 patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc were nursed and observed carefully, and in addition to the common nursing, the psychological nursing, pain nursing, bed nursing and dirigation were also included. Results After the treatment and nursing, all the patients were cured and they worked as usual.Only 2 patients complained mild backache but they could go to work. Conclusion It is important to nurse and guide the postoperative patients correctly.
