不同性别2型糖尿病患者血尿酸与BMI血压血脂的相关性研究 被引量:3

Correlation between serum uric acid and BMI,blood pressure and blood fat in type 2 diabetesmellitus patients of different genders

摘要 目的了解不同性别2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血尿酸(SUA)与体质量指数(BMI)、血压、血脂相关性。方法选择T2DM患者360例(男242例,女118例),测定血压、身高、体质量、空腹血浆葡萄糖(FBG)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、SUA、肌酐(Cr)。先按男女性别分组,再按SUA水平分为高尿酸组(男性≥420 mol/L,女性≥360 mol/L)、尿酸正常组,比较组间数据差别。结果不同性别的高尿酸组BMI、TG均显著高于尿酸正常组,估计肾小球滤过率(eGFR)显著低于尿酸正常组,女性高尿酸组⑴舒张压(DBP)显著高于尿酸正常组,不同性别的高尿酸组年龄、病程、SBP、TC、FBG、HDL-C、LDL-C与尿酸正常组相比差异无统计学意义。⑵不同性别的组中,SUA与BMI、TG均呈显著正相关,与HDL-C、eGFR呈显著负相关,女性组中,SUV与DBP也呈显著正相关,不同性别组的SUA均与年龄、病程、FBG、SBP、TC、LDL-C无明显相关性。结论2型糖尿病患者血尿酸的控制与血脂及体质量的控制有关,对于女性患者还应重视舒张压的控制。 Objective To investigate the correlation between serum uric acid(SUA) and body mass index(BMI),blood pressure and blood fat in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) patients of different genders.MethodsA total of 360T2 DM patients(male 242 and female 118) were chosen. The blood pressure, height, body mass, fasting plasma glucose(FBG), triacylglycerol(TG), total cholesterol(TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cho-lesterol(LDL-C), SUA, and creatinine(Cr) were measured. First, they were grouped by gender, then, according to the SUAlevel, they were divided into a high SUA(men≥420umol/l and women≥360umol/l)subgroup and normal SUA subgroup, andthe data were compared between the different groups.Results(1)BMI and TG of men and women in the high SUA sub-groups were significantly higher than those in the normal SUA subgroups, and the estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)in the former groups was significantly lower than that in the latter groups. The diastolic blood pressure(DBP) of the womenhigh SUA subgroup was significantly higher than that of the women normal subgroup. In both male and female groups, therewere no statistically significant differences between the high SUA subgroup and normal SUA subgroup in age, disease dura-tion, SBP, TC, FBG, HDL-C, and LDL-C.(2) In both male and female groups, SUA was significantly positively correlatedwith BMI and TG, but SUA was significantly negatively correlated with HDL-C and eGFR. In the women’s groups, SUV wasalso positively correlated with DBP. In the different gender groups, SUA was not significantly correlated with the age, diseaseduration, FBG, SBP, TC, and LDL-C.ConclusionThe control of SUA in T2 DM patients is related to the control of bloodlipid and body weight, and in addition, the control of DBP should also be emphasized for female patients.
