2014—2016年某校医院国家基本药物使用情况分析

Analysis of application of national essential drugs in a university hospital from 2014 to 2016

目的了解某高校社区医院国家基本药物的使用现状,为促进基层医疗机构贯彻国家基本药物制度提供参考。方法对2014—2016年本院使用国家基本药物品种数、销售金额等进行统计、分析。结果 2014—2016年本院配备的国家基本药物品种数分别占医院全部药品的50.00%、50.71%、49.54%;国家基本药物销售金额分别占医院药品销售总金额的47.52%、46.08%和44.72%。销售金额前3位的国家基本药物种类是心血管系统用药、激素及影响内分泌药(大部分是降糖药)、中成药内科祛瘀剂。用药频度(DDDs)前20名的化学药品中有9个国家基本药物。结论本院较好地执行了国家基本药物制度,基本药物中慢性病治疗用药在销售金额、DDDs两方面占据主导。某些治疗慢性病的非基本药物需求高。

Objective To understand the application of national essential drugs in a community hospital of a univer-sity from 2014 to 2016, so as to provide the reference for promoting the implementation of the National Essential Drug Systemat the primary health care institutions.MethodsThe data of national essential drugs prescribed from 2014 to 2016 in thehospital, including the number of essential drugs and the sales amount were collected and analyzed.ResultsThe propor-tions of national essential drugs accounted for 50.00%, 50.71%, 49.54% of all drugs respectively in 2014, 2015 and 2016,while the corresponding sales amounts accounted for 47.52%, 46.08% and 44.72% respectively. The 3 types of best-sellingnational essential drugs were cardiovascular medications, endocrine drugs(the most were anti-diabetic medication), and Chi-nese medicines dissolving stasis.ConclusionThis hospital implements the National Essential Drug System efficiently. Thenational essential drugs for chronic diseases lead among all essential drugs regarding the sales amount and defined daily dosesystem(DDDs). Certain non-essential drugs for chronic diseases are highly needed.
