481名大学生对粪类圆线虫畏惧情况的调查

An investigation of 481 undergraduates' fear situation of Strongyloides stercoralis

目的调查接受粪类圆线虫宣传的大学生对粪类圆线虫的畏惧情况。方法采用自制的大学生对粪类圆线虫畏惧情况的问卷对640名大学生进行调查分析。结果有效问卷481份,大学生的畏惧率为58.41%。女大学生的畏惧率为64.96%,高于男大学生的46.11%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=17.576,P<0.01)。海南籍贯的大学生的畏惧率最高(66.67%),长江以南的大学生的畏惧率最低(53.22%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=12.195,P<0.05)。大学生对粪类圆线虫的畏惧与其现居住地、专业、是否学过《人体寄生虫学》、是否听说过粪类圆线虫等因素无关(P>0.05)。结论通过本次宣传,部分大学生已经对粪类圆线虫及其危害有一定的认识。根据大学生对粪类圆线虫畏惧情况可以推测其在之后的生活中未必会做好相关防护,有必要进一步加强宣传教育。

Objective To investigate the fear situation of Strongyloides stercoralis of undergraduates who accepted the publicity about S. stercoralis infection. Methods A self-made questionnaire on the undergraduates’ fear situation of S.stercoralis was used to investigate 640 undergraduates. Results There were 481 valid questionnaires. The fear rate of undergraduates’ fear situation of S. stercoraliswas 58.41%. The fear rate of female students(64.96%) was higher than that of male students(46.11%)(P > 0.05). Compared with different places of origin, Hainan undergraduates had the highest fear rate(66.67%), while those from the South of the Yangtze River had the lowest fear rate(53.22%)(P > 0.05). The undergraduates’ fear situation of S. steroraliswas not related to their current residence, their majors, whether or not they studied human parasitology, and whether or not they had heard of the nematodes(P > 0.05). Conclusion According to this publicity, some undergraduates had a certain understanding of S. stercoralis and its harm. According to their fear situation, we may speculate that they will well protect themselves later in life. However, publicity and health education of S. stercoralis still need to be further strengthened.
