Investigation on level of alanine aminotransferase in serum of freshmen in Guangxi University

目的了解广西大学新生肝功能异常情况,探讨肝炎防治措施,控制肝炎在本校的流行,为本校师生提供安全卫生的学习工作环境。方法对该校2014—2017年所有入学新生进行谷丙转氨酶(ALT)检测,对ALT>50U/L的样本进行HBsAg检测,初筛肝炎类型。结果⑴49 060名新生检出ALT异常384人,占0.78%;2014—2017年新生各年份ALT异常率分别为0.62%,0.65%,0.75%,1.07%。⑵ALT异常者检出HBsAg阳性78人,阳性率为20.31%;其中研究生阳性率为18.44%,本科生阳性率为21.40%;男生阳性率为18.10%,女生阳性率为36.17%;2014—2017年各年份分别为36.76%,17.72%,22.45%,12.23%。结论 (1)ALT异常呈逐年上升趋势,研究生高于本科生,男生高于女生。(2)ALT异常者,HBsAg阳性检出率研究生与本科生的差别其甚微,女生明显高于男生。

Objective To understand the status of abnormal liver function of the freshmen in the college,to explorethe measures of prevention and control of hepatitis,and to control the prevalence of hepatitis in the college,so as to provide asafe and healthy learning environment for the teachers and students.MethodsAll the freshmen from 2014 to 2017 weretested for alanine aminotransferase(ALT),and HBsAg was tested in ALT>50 U/L samples.Results(1)Among 49 060freshmen,there were 384 persons with abnormalities of ALT,accounting for 0.78%;from 2014 to 2017,the abnormal rates ofALT were 0.62%,0.65%,0.75%,and 1.07%each year,respectively.(2)Among the 384 persons with ALT abnormalities,78people were HBsAg positive,and the positive rate was 20.31%.The positive rate of postgraduates was 18.44%,and the posi-tive rate of undergraduates was 21.40%;the positive rate of the male students was 18.10%,and the positive rate of the femalestudents was 36.17%.From 2014 to 2017,the positive rates of HBsAg were 36.76%,17.72%,22.45%,and 12.23%eachyear,respectively.Conclusion(1)ALT abnormalities are increasing year by year,and the rate of ALT abnormality in thepostgraduates is higher than that in the undergraduates,and the rate of ALT abnormality in the male students is higher thanthat in the female students.(2)The positive detection rate of HBsAg among the persons with abnormal ALT is slightly differ-ent between the postgraduates and undergraduates,and the rate in the girls is significantly higher than that in the boys.
