精细化护理在降低住院保胎的试管婴儿孕妇焦虑中的应用效果

Effect of refined nursing on reducing the anxiety of pregnant women with IVF pregnancy

目的探究精细化护理在住院保胎的试管婴儿孕妇中的应用效果。方法选取2016年5月—2017年8月某医院收治的80例试管婴儿焦虑心理的孕妇,根据护理方式的不同随机分为对照组(n=40)和研究组(n=40),对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予精细化护理,观察2种护理方式对2组患者焦虑程度的干预效果。结果研究组孕妇焦虑程度明显低于对照组,干预效果有效率(92.5%)显著高于对照组(57.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过精细化护理的干预,有效降低了保胎试管婴儿孕妇的焦虑程度,消除了她们的紧张不安和恐惧感,有利于提高临床治疗效果,值得应用和推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of refined nursing on anxiety of pregnant women with in-vitro fertil-ization(IVF)in a hospital.MethodsEighty pregnant women with anxious psychology who were treated in the hospital fromMay 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into a control group(n=40)and a study group(n=40)according to the different nursing methods.The women in the control group were given the routine nursing and the women in the study group re-ceived the refined nursing,and the effects of the interventions on the degree of anxiety were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe anxiety level of the pregnant women in the study group was significantly lower than that of the women in thecontrol group.The effective rate(92.5%)of the intervention in the study group was significantly higher than that in the controlgroup(57.5%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe refined nursing can reduce the anx-ious degree of pregnant women with IVF and improve the clinical efficiency.It is worthy of applying and popularizing.
