手术室护理干预在预防胃肠道手术患者切口感染中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of nursing intervention in operation room to prevent incision infection in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery

目的评价和分析手术室护理干预在预防胃肠道手术患者切口感染中的应用效果。方法选自2017年2月—2018年2月在某医院进行胃肠道手术的患者78例,按手术先后顺序分成对照组和实验组各39例,分别应用常规护理干预和手术室护理干预,对比2组患者切口感染和愈合情况以及住院指标。结果实验组患者切口愈合情况和切口感染率明显优于对照组,且实验组患者住院成本和住院时间等均明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对行胃肠道手术患者提供手术室护理干预,有助于预防患者术后切口感染,提高患者术后切口愈合率,且可有效降低住院成本,缩短住院时间,可在预防胃肠道手术患者切口感染中推广应用。

Objective To evaluate and analyze the effect of nursing intervention in operation room on preventing in-cision infection in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery.MethodsA total of 78 cases of gastrointestinal surgery wereselected from February 2017 to February 2018.The patients were divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 39 cases each.The routine nursing intervention and the operation room nursing intervention were used in the controlgroup and experimental group respectively.The incision infection and healing,and the hospitalization indexes of the twogroups were compared.ResultsThe wound healing and infection rate of the patients in the experimental group were signifi-cantly better than those in the control group,and the hospitalization cost and the hospitalization time of the patients in the ex-perimental group were significantly smaller/shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionThe nursing inter-vention in operation room is helpful to prevent postoperative incision infection and improve the healing rate of postoperativeincision,and can effectively reduce the cost of hospitalization and shorten the time of hospitalization.It can be applied in theprevention of incision infection in patients with gastrointestinal surgery.
