中医情志护理对老年脑血管病人的影响效果分析

Effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing on elderly patients with cerebrovascular diseases

目的探讨中医情志护理对老年脑血管病人的影响效果。方法选取2017年3月—2018年3月在某中医院入院的患者,将患者分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者采用情志护理,对比2组患者在不同护理模式下的生活质量评分与护理满意度评分。结果观察组患者的生活质量评分、护理满意度评分与对照组患者相比,观察组患者的评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将中医情志护理运用于本院老年脑血管疾病患者,可有效的改善患者的生活质量,促进医患关系走向和谐,具有临床意义,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing on elderly patientswith cerebrovascular diseases.MethodsThe elderly patients with cerebrovascular diseases in a hospital from March 2017to March 2018 were randomly divided into a control group and an observational group,and the patients in the control groupreceived the routine nursing and the patients in the observational group were given the traditional Chinese medicine emotion-al nursing.The scores of quality of life and scores of nursing satisfaction level were investigated and the results were compared between two groups.ResultsThe scores of quality of life and scores of nursing satisfaction levelin the observationalgroup was superior to those in the control group,and there was a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).ConclusionThe application of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing in elderly patients with cerebrovascular diseasescan effectively improve the quality of life of them and promote the harmonious doctor-patient relationship,and it is worthy of promotion.
