观察全身麻醉联合硬膜外阻滞对老年患者腹腔镜结肠癌根治术后认知功能(POCD)的影响 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨老年患者在腹腔镜结肠癌根治术中以全身麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉对患者认知功能的影响。方法观察组行全身麻醉联合硬膜外阻滞麻醉,对照组行单纯性全身麻醉。结果观察组的丙泊酚用量少于对照组;术后4 h及24 h观察组患者的MMSE评分均高于对照组;观察组患者在各个时间节点的POCD发生率均显著的低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年患者的腹腔镜结肠癌根治术治疗中以全身麻醉联合硬膜外阻滞的麻醉效果良好,并且能够有效降低患者的POCD发生率。
