摘要
目的全面了解基层儿童保健人员的工作现状。方法采用自行设计的儿保工作人员压力调查表开展定量调查;采用面对面访谈的方式开展定性调查,探求造成影响的深层次原因。结果 70.0%以上的儿保工作人员对社区的工作环境、晋升机会、管理机制表示满意,工资绩效低,人员流动性大,信息系统不稳定是不满意的主要原因;在知识更新、创新要求、重复性劳动、工作决定权、同伴竞争方面,认为压力在可以接受范围内分别占73.8%,70.1%,64.5%,76.6%,71.0%,压力的主要来源是领导不重视,家长不配合,绝大多数儿保工作人员认为工作并未对生活产生极大影响。结论增加儿童保健经费,定期组织业务培训与知识更新,稳定人员,提高人员能力才是基层儿保长足发展的根本;对外扩大宣传力度,提高家长重视。
Objective To grasp the current working situations of primary child healthcare providers in Minhang District of Shanghai City.Methods A total of 112 child healthcare providers were surveyed by a self-administered questionnaire,and focus group discussions were performed with participants to obtain the information about working stress and reasons of dissatisfaction related to working.Results More than 70.0%child healthcare providers felt satisfied with their working situations,rules of promotions,and management styles.The reasons of dissatisfaction were low income,instability of personnel,and repeated failure of the information system.The percentages of all the participants who felt the stress were acceptable related to continuing learning,innovations,repetitive work,control over the work,peer pressure were 73.8%,70.1%,64.5%,76.6%,and 71.0%respectively,and the main sources of the stress were ignorance of leaders,lack of child parent support,and continuing learning.Conclusion In the primary health care centers,raising funds of primary child healthcare and income of personnel,and regular training are indispensable,and meanwhile expanding the publicity relating the necessity of routine child healthcare to strive for more support from the parents.
