白芍总苷胶囊辅助治疗银屑病的效果及对病人血清中IL-17、IL-18、INF-γ水平的影响

Effects of total glucosides of paeony capsule adjuvant therapy for psoriasis and its influence on levels of serum IL-17, IL-18 and INF-γ

目的观察白芍总苷胶囊辅助治疗银屑病的效果及对血清IL-17、IL-18、INF-γ水平的影响。方法选取2015年3月—2018年4月某医院收治的银屑病患者46例为研究对象,根据随机数表法均分为对照组和观察组,每组23例。对照组给予红霉素软膏及硫磺软膏进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予白芍总苷胶囊辅助治疗。比较2组治疗有效率、血清IL-17、IL-18、INF-γ水平、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗有效率91.30%,高于对照组56.52%(P<0.05);治疗后血清IL-17、IL-18水平高于对照组,血清INF-γ水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率8.70%低于对照组34.78%(P<0.05)。结论白芍总苷胶囊能有效辅助治疗银屑病,提升治疗后血清IL-17、IL-18水平,降低INF-γ水平。

Objective To investigate the effects of total glucosides of paeony capsule adjuvant therapy for psoriasis and its influence on levels of serum IL-17,IL-18 and INF-γ.Methods A total of 46 patients with psoriasis admitted to a hospital from March 2015 to April 2018 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and a trial group,with 23 cases in each group.The control group was given erythromycin ointment and sulfur ointment,and the trial group was given adjuvant therapy of total glucosides of paeony capsule on the basis of the control group.The effective rate of treatment,levels of serum IL-17,IL-18 and INF-γand occurrence of adverse reactions were investigated and the results were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the trial group was higher than that in the control group(91.30%vs 56.52%)(P<0.05).After the treatment,the serum levels of IL-17 and IL-18 in the trial group were higher than those in the control group,while the serum INF-γlevel in the trial group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the trial group was lower than that in the control group(8.70%vs 34.78%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Total glucosides of paeony capsule can effectively help to treat psoriasis,and promote the levels of serum IL-17 and IL-18 and reduce INF-γlevel after the treatment.
