妊娠高血压产妇中应用优质护理对妊娠结局的影响

Effect of quality nursing care on pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with hypertension

目的探讨优质护理应用于妊娠高血压产妇对妊娠结局及生活质量的影响。方法选择2016年4月—2017年4月在本院治疗的42例妊娠高血压产妇作为对照组,选择2017年5月—2018年5月在本院治疗的42例妊娠高血压产妇作为观察组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取优质护理,比较2组干预前后生活质量、产妇妊娠结局及新生儿结局。结果观察组干预后GQOL I274量表各维度评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇与新生儿不良结局发生率均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠高血压产妇应用优质护理可提高生活质量,改善妊娠结局。

Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing care on pregnancy outcome and quality of life of pregnant women with hypertension.Methods A total of 42 pregnant women with hypertension who were treated in a hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected as control group,42 pregnant women with hypertension who were treated in a hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as a trial group.The control group was treated with the routine nursing and the trial group was treated with high quality nursing.The quality of life,pregnancy outcome and neonatal outcome were compared between two groups before and after the intervention.Results The scores of each dimension of GQOL I274 scale in the trial group were higher than those in the control group after the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence rates of poor pregnancy outcome and neonatal outcome in the trial group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The high-quality nursing can improve the quality of life of pregnant women with hypertension and the outcome of pregnancy.
