通过把握《在医院中》所呈现出的对革命者进行的情绪净化线索,梳理思想的现实化过程和思想者本身之间存在的矛盾,这一矛盾具体到当时的历史语境中则易表现为唯意志论对怀疑主义的暴行。同时结合小说的叙述动力、视点本身的复杂性以及创作背景、彼时革命精神遗产,来解释小说于接受领域中备受争议的原因。

In order to summarise and analyse the paradox between the thinker and the practice of thinking,this paper attempts to hold the clue that how the emotions of the revolutionist were purified in this novel.In the historical context,this paradox appeared as how voluntarism went against skepticism intensely.And the reasons why this novel has been in great controversy are explained in the term of the narrative dynamics,the complexity of the viewpoints,the creation backgrounds,and the legacies of the revolutionary spirit at that time.
