激光反冲塞效应的实验验证 被引量:3

Experimental Study of Laser-induced Reverse-plugging Effect

摘要 研制了一种测量材料瞬态微形变过程的新装置,详细讨论了其测试机理,并用该装置测量了激光烧蚀铁片时铁片背面的形变过程。实验结果表明,在激光辐照开始后3μs内,铁片有一小的正向凸起;在随后的20μs内,铁片有一较大的反向凸起,反向凸起的最大位移是正向凸起位移的3倍左右。这一结果从实验上进一步论证了激光反冲塞效应的观点。 A new detection technique was developed to measure the transient micro-deformation on a metallic surface.Its detection principle is discussed in detail.By means of this technique,the whole physical process that laser ablates iron-plate is invertigated.The experimental results are shown that about 3 μs after laser radiation,there is a small bulge at epicenter on the rear surface of metal and then after 20 μs,a large reverse-bulge appears with the amplitude about three times of the former.This phenomenon further proves the effect laser-induced reverse plugging.
