毛鸡骨草化学成分的研究

Study on the chemical constituents in Abrus mollis

目的 研究毛鸡骨草 (AbrusmollisHance)的化学成分。方法 硅胶色谱柱层析法。结果 分得 8个已知化合物 ,经光谱方法鉴定为 :正二十四脂肪酸乙酯、硬脂酸、羽扇豆醇、软脂酸、豆甾醇、三十烷酸、熊果酸和齐墩果酸。结论 8个化合物均为首次从毛鸡骨草中分得。

OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents in Abrus mollis Hance.METHODS The constituents were isolated and purified by chromatographic methods.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic evidences.RESULTS Eight compounds were obtained and their structures were identified.CONCLUSION All the compounds were isolated for the first time from the plant.
