藏药二十味沉香丸的质量标准研究

Quality control of Ershiwei Chenxiang pill

目的 建立常用藏药二十味沉香丸的鉴别和含量测定方法。方法 采用薄层色谱法和高效液相色谱法。结果 建立了二十味沉香丸中沉香、马钱子、诃子、红花、降香等药材的薄层色谱鉴别方法 ,并采用HPLC测定了该藏药制剂中诃子等药材中的有效成分没食子酸的含量 ,其回归方程为 :A =5 0 2 0 5C - 10 4 18(r=0 .9995 ) ,没食子酸的平均回收率为 10 0 6 4 % ,RSD =1 13% (n =5 )。结论 鉴别与含量测定方法简便、准确 ,可用于二十味沉香丸的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish a TLC identification and an HPLC quantitative determination methods for Ershiwet Chenxiang pills.METHODS TLC and HPLC were used.RESULTS The establishul TLC method could Lignum idensity Aquilariae Resinatum、Lingnum Dalbergiae Odoriferae、Fructus Chebulae、Flos carthami、Semen Strychni、Flos Caryophylli,and HPLC method could quantitative determine gallic acid in Ershiwer Chenxiang Pills.The mean recovery was 100.64% with RSD of 1.13% for the HPLC method.The regression equation of standard curve was A=50205C-10418(r=0.9995)CONCLUSION These methods are simple and credible,and can be used to control the quality of Ershiwei Chenxiang pills.
