高技术战争条件下对沈阳路局重点目标防护的思考

Our Reflection on the Protection of Important Railway Targets in the Condition of Hi-tech War

从海湾战争、科索沃战争等近期高技术局部战争空袭对交通战备设施的威胁,从地理位置、防护体制、防护思想、抢修手段等方面分析了作为国防交通重点部门的铁路重点目标的防护现状。文章还对未来高技术战争中针对铁路重点目标防止空袭的有关问题提出了防护和抢修预案的制定、重点目标防空和遮掩、专业保障队伍建设、抢修器材改进等一些建设性意见。

With the recent local wars, such as the Gulf War, the Kosovo War, etc. taken into consideration, the paper analyses the actual protection conditions of some of the vital railway targets of the national defense system. It also intensively probes into the geographic locations, protective systems, protection ideas, immediate repairs of them in order to make all the departments concerned attach great importance to the problems discussed here. The paper takes serious account of the anti-air-aid problem of the important railway targets in future hi-tech war, and puts forward some constructive suggestions on how to work out protection and immediate repair plans, anti-aircraft defense plans, and the concealment of vital railway targets, as well as the foundation of a professional force and the improvement of repair equipment.
