磷调素的研究进展

摘要 磷离子是体内许多生理过程中必不可少的元素。肠道和肾脏的调节对于保持细胞外液的磷离子浓度至关重要。长期以来,甲状旁腺激素(PTH)和l,25(0H):D3这些主要调节钙平衡的激素被认为也是调节磷平衡的重要物质。近来国外发现一组主要调节磷平衡的蛋白,称为“磷调素(phosphatonin)^n.磷调素在一些疾病中显著升高,如肿瘤引起的骨软化(oncogenic osteomalacia,OOM)、常染色体显性遗传低磷血症性佝偻病(autosomal dominant hypophosphatemic rickets,ADHR)、X-连锁低磷血症性佝偻病(X-linked hypophosphatemic rickets,XLHR)等。这些疾病的共同特征为高尿磷、低磷血症、l,25(OH)2D3的异常和骨骼矿化障碍等,而PTH和血钙水平并无明显变化[1-2]。本文就磷调素的研究进展做一综述。
