摘要
用X射线衍射偏光显微镜技术表征了三种中间相沥青的晶体结构,研究了沥青溶解度与中间福含量的关系,探讨了炭化条件(停留时间,温度)对中间相形成及溶解性的影响。发现煤焦油沥青和三线芳烃共炭化形成的中间相沥青具有光学各向异性发达,溶解性较好的特点,适于作为高性能炭纤维的原料。
In this paper, the crystal structures of three kinds of mesophase pitches were investigated by X—ray diffraction and optical microscope. The relationship between anisotropic content and solubility, the effects of carbonized conditions (resident time, temperature) on mesophase formation and solubility were also studied. It is found that the co-carbonized mesophase pitch derived from coal tar pitch and LDOHF (the heavy fraction of light diesel oil) has not only high anisotropic content but also solubility. It is suitable as the precusor of high performance carbon fibre, and has already been spinned into fibres.
