胶质瘤术后颈总动脉卡氮介化疗分析

INTRACAROTID IN GLIOMA AFTER OPERATION

目的 探讨经颈总动脉头皮针穿刺卡氮介化疗的可行性、安全性及有效性。方法 对 2 2例患者应用该技术 ,观察其临床治疗中操作过程、治疗结果及并发症 ,并进行分析和总结。结果 2 2例未发生视力改变、癫、脑梗死及其他并发症。随访 1 9例 ,随访 4～9年 ,存活 1 7例 (77.2 7% ) ,其中 1例复发 ;死亡 2例 (9.0 9% )。结论 对大脑半球胶质瘤术后采用经颈动脉卡氮介化疗疗效肯定 ,方法简单 ,易普及 ,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate feasibility,security and validity of intracarotid chemotherapy. Methods 22 patients with glioma were treated by intracarotid chemotherapy with BCNU after operation. We observed and analyzed the process and outcome of the treatment. Results 19 patients had been follown-up for 4-9 years, of which, 17 survived and 2 died. All the patients did not occur complications such as ocular and orbital toxicity, epilepsy and infarction. Conclusion Intracarotid chemotherapy is safe, effective and easily be performed in patients with glioma after operation.
