黑龙江省大豆与美国大豆质量比较

A Quality Comparison between Soybeans Produced from Heilongjiang Province and from USA

通过抽样调查黑龙江省大豆主栽区中 2 0个市、县、农场提供的 30 5份大豆样品 ,和从企业抽取的4份普通商品大豆、3份进口大豆样品进行品质分析和比较。结果表明 ,黑龙江省生产的高油专用大豆含油量基本达到美国 2号大豆标准 ,77%高油大豆品种平均含油量在 2 1.5 %以上 ,蛋白质含量有待提高。根据市场需要建立专用大豆生产基地是切实可行的。

Quality analyses and comparison were done through investigation of 305 soybean samples provided by 20 cities,counties and farms in main planting areas of Heilongjiang province,4 domestic commercial soybean samples and 3 samples of imported soybean from USA.The result indicated that the oil content of high oil soybean cultivars planted in Heilongjiang province were comparative to that of USA No.2 soybean.The average oil content of 70% of high oil soybeans was above 21.5%,and the protein content need to be raised,It is practicable to establish exclusive soybean production base according to the market demands.
