摘要
花椒籽油中含有丰富的亚油酸和亚麻酸。本研究通过单因素和正交实验确定了超临界CO2 萃取花椒籽油的最佳工艺条件 ,探讨了萃取的粒度、时间、CO2 流量、温度和压力对花椒籽油酸价的影响。并对花椒籽油二级分离脱酸的适宜的工艺条件进行研究。
Zanthorylum bungeanum seed oil is rich in linoleic acid and linolenic acid.The conditions for extracting oil from Zanthorylum bungeanum seeds were optimized through odd factor tests and an orthogonal experiment.With variables for particle size,operating time,CO_2 flow,temperature and working pressure,the acid values of Zanthorylum bungeanum seed oil were investigation.The conditions for deacidificating Zanthorylum bungeanum seed oil by two-step separation with supercritical CO_2 was studied.
