摘要
麦绿素是一种富含蛋白质、叶绿素、矿物质、维生素、酶等的天然营养保健品。近年来 ,国内外对麦绿素的研究开发进程明显加快。本文综述近年来国内外有关麦绿素的营养保健价值、营养功效及其开发现状。
Barley green is a kind of natural nourishment,rich in protein,mineral,enzymes,vitamins,chlorophyll,etc.Its value in health protection and nutrition,as well as the research advance and the status quo on barley green exploitation are summarized in this paper.
