普鲁士宪法的建构理念与《钦定宪法大纲》的思想背景——以“国家理由”和“法治国”思想的演变为中心

本文分三部分,首先对《饮定宪法大纲》与欧洲君主制的关系作了简要介绍,然后具体描述了欧洲'国家理由'和'法治国'思想的内容,最后,对清朝当政者对国家理由和国民法治国理念的选择性诠释作了具体分析。

This article is divided three parts,first has made the brief introduction to the relation of the outline of Qing Dynasty constitution and the European monarchy,then described specifically the reason of the state and legal state,finally,has made the concrete analysis to the selective interpretation of the ruler of Qing dynasty.
