宗教管理的制度变迁及其实践:民国的考析

民国时期,中国社会由传统向现代转型,宗教管理也随之变迁,并且其法治化程度不断提升,'依法治教'成为当时政府宗教管理的明显特色,历届政府的宪法性文件均有信仰宗教自由的规定,政府管理机构也借助于频繁的宗教立法,加强对信教人员及其活动场所的管理。但是,在民国特定的社会背景之下,宗教管理的制度理论与运行实践也总有一定的距离,也正是这种'距离'推动新的宗教立法,使宗教管理制度不断更新和完善,以适应国家管理宗教事务的现实需要。

In Republic of China,the Chinese society is transforming from traditional to Modern,and the management of religion is also changing and became legalized as the characters of the governance.All the constitutional laws has regulation about freedom of religion and the administrations strengthened the regulation on religion people and place.Under the special social circumstance,the rules and the practice are not in confirming,which calls for reforming of legislation,thus develops and perfects the religion governance regime.
