摘要
研究一步法熔体直纺高强度尼龙66工业丝工艺技术。通过改进聚合工艺,使尼龙66聚合物纺丝相对粘度提高至83~85。优化纺丝工艺参数如下:纺丝箱温度(300±1)℃,侧吹风温度15℃,侧吹风速度0. 9~1. 1 m·s^(-1),上油率(1. 6±0. 2)%,牵伸温度190~195℃,牵伸比5. 85~5. 95,制得的尼龙66工业丝断裂强度达到91. 93cN·tex^(-1)。
The one step melt spinning process of high tenacity nylon 66 industry yarn was investigated. The relative viscosity of the nylon 66 polymer increased to 83 ~ 85 by stepwise upgrading of the polymerization section. The spinning process parameters optimized were as follows:spinning box temperature(300±1) ℃,quenching air temperature 15 ℃,quenching air speed 0. 9~1. 1 m·s-1,oil loading rate(1. 6±0. 2)%,draw temperature 190~195 ℃,and draw ratio 5. 85~5. 95. The tenacity of nylon 66 industry yarn reached 91. 93 cN·tex-1.
