Abstract:Since many new polices have been issued in the securities,fund management and insurance industries,the financial market in China has moved on to an new era,all these asset management companies are starting to grab the asset management market share.It is mainly discussed in this article that trust companies are now facing challenges from securities,fund management,insurance,banking industries and from trust industry itself.However,trust industry also harbors huge development opportunities under all those challenges mentioned above in this pan-asset management industry.First of all,by combining all the core advantages of each sector in the pan-asset management industry,which helps improve the efficiency of the asset management industry,trust industry may make innovative advancement in the cross-sectoral cooperation.Moreover,economic transition and financial regulation could provide the pan-asset management industry in China with vast development space.Furthermore,trust companies still possess unique advantages in terms of the trust regime.If trust companies could fully take all the advantages of the trust regime,the industry will progress to a brighter future.
