本文剖析了互联网金融发展的潮流,指出了传统金融机构需要学习革新之处,阐述了互联网金融并没有改变金融的本质,因此,互联网金融需要以金融历史中有效的经验原则为指导。针对当前互联网金融给金融秩序与安全带来的挑战,本文给出了相关建议。

This article describes the overall development of China's Internet Finance,clarifies the extent to which traditional finance enterprises should learn from internet finance,and states the fact that internet finance does not change the nature of finance and needs to be carried out based on the effective principles from the finance history.Aiming for solving the problems along with internet finance,this article also elaborates some suggestions from the dimensions of both regulatory and policy adjustment.
