China’s Participation in Global Financial Governance:Background,Path and Suggestion

金融危机之后,全球金融治理改革进入了加速推进的新时期,中国需要抓住历史机遇,在构建开放型经济金融新体制进程中,进一步提升参与全球金融治理的水平。本文通过对中国参与全球金融治理背景和路径的分析,提出坚定释放政策信号、完善法治建设和优化市场环境、提高金融业综合竞争力、构建安全保障体系、坚持合作共赢的五项建议。

After the financial crisis,the global financial governance reform has entered a new era.In the process of constructing a new economic and financial system,China needs to seize this opportunity to enhance the level of participation in global financial governance.Through the analysis of background and possible paths of China’s participation in global financial governance,the paper puts forward following five suggestions:continuously send out firm policy signals,improve the law construction and optimize the market environment,enhance financial sector’s competitiveness,build up a financial security system,adhere to the win-win cooperation.
