绿色发展是规划建设雄安新区的基本要求,金融是现代经济资源配置的核心。雄安新区要成为中国探索绿色低碳发展的创新试验区和典型样板,需要大力发展绿色金融,通过构建绿色金融体系支持实体经济的可持续和绿色发展。在此国家战略背景下,对雄安新区的绿色金融发展进行前瞻性研究,对于新区未来的绿色低碳发展具有重要意义。本报告研究了雄安发展绿色金融的经济与环境背景、绿色投资需求和潜在的资金来源。报告还对雄安绿色智慧城市和新区建设的投资需求和融资渠道进行了研究。

Green development is the basic requirement of the planning and construction of Xiong’an new area.Finance is the core of modern economic resource allocation.If Xiong’an new area plans to become the experimental area of innovation and typical model on green and low-carbon development,it needs to vigorously develop green finance and support the sustainable and green development of the real economy through constructing green finance system.In the context of this national strategy,the prospective study on green finance development of Xiong’an new area is of great significance to the future green and low-carbon development of the new area.This paper examines the economic and environmental background of green finance,green investment demand and potential funding source.This paper also analyzes the investment demand and financing channel for the construction of Xiong’an green smart city and new area.
