摘要
通过对上置式平板硫化机的新型油缸组件、液压系统、自动顶铁装置、同步机构、环形辊式脱锅装置等的研发,解决压力不均匀、厚输送带硫化质量差、垂直脱锅分离不彻底等问题,提高输送带硫化质量,提高效率。
Through the development of new cylinder components,hydraulic system,automatic top iron device,synchronous mechanism and ring-shaped roller-type demould device for the overhead platen press,many problems were solved such as:uneven pressure,poor vulcanization quality of thick conveyor belt,incomplete vertical demould separation,etc.,which improved the conveyor belt vulcanization quality and work efficiency.
