摘要
研究硫化体系和补强填料对混炼型聚氨酯橡胶(MPU)性能的影响。结果表明:硫黄硫化体系MPU的物理性能较好,过氧化物硫化体系MPU的工艺性能及耐热性能、耐压变性能较好,MPU主要采用过氧化物硫化体系;沉淀法白炭黑对MPU的补强效果较好,气相法白炭黑MPU的拉断伸长率较大;可用少量树脂SP600和锦纶短纤维增大MPU硬度。
In this study, the influence of curing systems and reinforcing fillers on the properties of millable polyurethane rubber(MPU) was investigated. The experimental results showed that though sulfur cured MPU had better physical properties, peroxide cured MPU processed quite good processing properties, excellent heat resistance and better compression properties. Therefore, peroxide curing system was more suitable for MPU. Precipitated silica showed better reinforcement to MPU, while the MPU filled with fumed silica possessed larger elongation at break. It was also found that the addition of small amount of SP600 resin and short nylon fiber could increase the hardness of MPU.
