摘要
研究甜菜碱对天然胶乳胶膜硫化特性的影响,并通过Arrhenius方程对胶膜的硫化过程进行动力学分析。结果表明:添加甜菜碱,天然胶乳胶膜的MH和ML减小,t10和t90缩短;胶膜的硫化反应活化能减小,硫化反应速率常数增大,硫化速率提高,交联密度增大。
The effect of betaine on the vulcanization characteristics of NR latex iflm was studied with the use of an oscillating disc rheometer. The results showed thatMH,ML,t10 andt90 decreased with the addition of betaine. The parameters of curing kinetics were then calculated using Arrhenius equation. The curing reaction activation energy (Ea) of NR latex iflm with betaine was smaller than that of original NR latex iflm while the reaction rate constant (k) was higher. With the increase of betaine amount, the curing rate and crosslinking degree of the vulcanizates increased.
